Is your Freya one the underwired one? Nothing moves with that bra. I don't use mine much because it doesn't work well with wearing a chest strap for my heart monitor. It does the job very well though.

Enell sizes seem a little small. I am only a 32G and too big for them. I love shock absorbers. The are great looking too. Been doing C25K and had no trouble running with them. Start at the beginner classes. They are usually shorter so don't hurt so bad. I did two months of beginner classes before going to a full class. I wear a heart monitor for my classes. Body Balance is only around 160 calorie burn for me. Body Pump is around 250. I haven't tried the other classes yet.

Please don't put yourself down. You look really pretty in your picture. If you stick to MFP you can lose the weight. Don't get discouraged by bad days. Those of us who have been around a while have had plenty of them trust me. Welcome and I hope you can change your life.

So true. I think society sees thin as healthy but its just not that simple. You can be overweight and healthy (though obviously not too overweight). In my opinion health is far more important than weight.

If you walk at a fast pace then yeah you can burn some serious calories.

Spin class worked for me. I can get into my skinny jeans thanks to doing that twice a week.

I love the plank. I think my core is really strong now. I do normal plank, side plank, moving legs, moving arms etc. Maybe there is this stubborn layer of fat hiding what is a pretty strong stomach. Does anyone else find food can really bloat out the stomach?

I always thought it was at least 20 minutes? If I am doing a class it tends to be 1 hour. If I am running it is only half an hour. Gym work can be anything from half an hour to over an hour.

I am pretty slim now but my belly has been very stubborn. I am hoping taking up running is going to help.

I always plan my meals. When I don't is when I get in calorie trouble.

You beat me to it. It took around 4 years and over 50lbs to get to my ideal weight. There are many bumps in the road and its how you pick yourself up that will determine your success.

I would say the best thing to do is exercise more so you have those extra calories available.

There is no rule. I had the flu at the start of the year. I know I dropped some weight then but I decided to stay away from the mfp program till I was well enough to eat properly and exercise again. First weigh-in back was the same weight as just before I was sick which seemed perfect for tracking again.

My weightloss has been fairly consistant. I am trying for 1/2lb a week and I am averaging just over that (I am so close to my goal that any more than 1/2 lb is not realistic). I try my best to keep to my net calories. I have noticed that if the net is less than what I should be eating my loss slows down.

Yep I find the fitness machines tend to overestimate. The heart rate monitor (assuming you have all you info in it correctly) should be more or less the correct one.

There is so much more to exercise than going to the gym. Keep looking till you find stuff you love doing. Once it becomes less of a chore you will want to do it.

Mine has mainly been about being too thin (I wasn't but I was really tiny). May explain how I ended up eating too much and becoming overweight.
