I have had issues with my heart beating too quickly. When it was discovered I had a resting heart rate of 180 beats a minute. I agree. I was a really skinny child because most of my time was spent running around and having fun. Its just sad that there are kids without that option.

Have you tried looking at the calorie content of the cocktails? Alcohol does tend to pack in the calories. I love wine and was saddened to find out that a glass is costing me 200 calories.

My husband has had a lot of success with spin bikes. He can set it to how good (or bad) he feels at that moment. He has found over time he back pain is getting a little less.

I love travelling. I try and get away twice a year. Off to St Petersburg in the summer and then Bologna, Florence and Pisa a little later on.

Freya are awesome. They specialise in larger cup sizes but still offer smaller back sizes I believe they go up to H cups. There are also Max Sports. Not quite as supportive but they look really good and could be used without having a shirt over the top. They are cheaper so I have quite a few of them.

If you are in the UK I can recommend a couple of good brands for larger cups (I am the same size and know its a massive pain getting a good fit).

I buy a very good sports bra that stops bouncing. If I didn't there is no way I could run. Bouncing is downright painful.

Oh man I totally understand. I actually had a rant on here a couple of days ago. I have lost 12lbs no one has noticed. My husband lost around 14lbs with very little effort and everyone notices. I am feeling really hurt. We all need a little acknowlegement and encouragement. Big hugs to you.

Today is my rest day. I did a 40 minute stroll but nothing intense. I recognise that I need my rest but I really miss working out.

I never know who has done it in my class. Every now and then this awful smell will pass by. I try and sit a little closer to the fans now so I don't have to smell it.

I was told by my doctor that I should lose some weight to help with health problems. I knew I was getting bigger but it took being told by someone else to make me do something.

Most of the weight I lost was through walking alone. I joined the gym mainly to tone up.

Spinning, squats and lunges have worked for me. After a few months of that I can now fit into skinny jeans.

My husband has back trouble and has found that swimming is actually one of the worst exercises. His doctor said its because you actually use your back a lot while swimming. He found spin bikes (no standing) and stationary bikes best for bad days.

Mondays are my heaviest days so thats the day I weigh in. I like that because it keeps me behaving better on the weekends.

Someone on hear suggested nuts so thats what I have now. Its much healthier than reaching for the chocolate bar and fairly high in calories.
