My heart problems were discovered when I tried to get fit. I was 21 and couldn't jog. Kept trying it thinking I could push through and ended up in hospital. I had just assumed I was unfit. Getting fit was an extremely long process for me because of that. It would be a very good idea to get checked out.

Invest in a good sports bra. I am a G cup and a sports bra is a must for pretty much all exercise. My fave for jogging is Freya underwired. It starts at a D cup and goes up to H. I would not recommend having it more than once a week. If you can stay within your calories and eat it then you will lose weight however its not very healthy.

I will add you. I have lost 50lbs in the past 4 years (extremely slow weight loss!). Its pretty tough but so worth it.

I have had it 2 years now. Mood swings are much less than periods or the pill for me. Have very irregular periods on them but I had irregular periods anyway. I got tested by a professional last year and I was 21% body fat. That online test said 25% body fat. I weigh less than I did last year but am not as thin so may have a little less muscle.

There was one girl yesterday who turned up in a low cut light coloured top and a bright red push up bra. I don't tend to notice people but I couldn't help but notice her. As someone who can only exercise in sports bras it did make me wonder how she would do anything remotely energetic.

What really bothered me about the Australian one is that the winner in season 2 was not doing it a healthy way. He was doing so much exercise and was not eating properly. In the end he looked ill not healthy. I would love to know what he looks like now. He needed to gain some weight.

If I want it I can work off the calories before I have it. Its worked well so far. Managed to work off a whole pizza before I ate it recently.
