Be proud of those 20lbs. Honestly its a great achivement. You are losing over a pound a week and thats a really healthy loss.
-
You look amazing
-
I am at 1lb a week. Thats perfect because I was aiming for 1/2lb a week.
-
Awesome job. My stomach looked similar to that at that weight. Its a big inspiration to see the end result.

Do try plank. When I started I lasted less than 10 seconds. I worked on doing three sets of standard plank three times a week even though it was unpleasent. I can do a minute with no problem now and have moved on to side plank. I found it made is easier when moving onto situps (well by easier I mean less painful).

concentrate on exercise and don't drop your calories.
-
I added you. Keep up your work it will happen

I love Asics. They are so comfortable and supportive. For those who say the shape-up shoes can you actually run in them? I had a pair but only used them for walking. Don't think I could have done a serious workout in them.

I think because you wrote this you recongise there is a big problem here. Thats good because some people never realise until its too late. Please go to see your doctor. If you don't feel you can say everything then print out your post and hand it over to your doctor.

This is something I have been doing. Discovered it by accident when looking for a snack. I had my tv night last night and usually I enjoy chocolate/ice cream. Last night I had raw carrots and sugarsnap peas. Really enjoyed it and it satisfied my hunger.

I don't find either too accurate. I take my figures from my HRM then I know I am correct.

I find whenever my gym does a long spin (between 1 & a half and 2 & a half hours long) the men start going. The hour long classes tend to get more women.
-
I used to use them. In the end I puchased the items in bulk from the healthfood shop and did it that way instead. It was great for trying new things. I love cashew nuts but never knew it until trying graze.
-
Count me in.
-
I go to the gym. It has more variety and its a mile walk from home so the walk is good exercise too.
-
Welcome. I added you. This place is really great for support and results. Good luck.
-
My heaviest day tends to be Monday's so I choose Monday morning as my weigh in day.
-
1149.0 + 5.8 = 1154.8
-
I will add you. Good luck on your journey
-
Sounds fun count me in.
-
Don't get discouraged. It will happen. Its not moving up so you are doing something right.
-
I am a Monday morning weigher. Its usually my heaviest day of the week so the perfect day to weigh in.
-
Its weigh in day today and I lost 3.4lbs!!!!! I am stunned. I know I have worked hard but still thats a huge loss when I only have a few pounds left to lose. I was hoping for 1lb this week. My pedometer said I have walked 22.6miles in the past 7 days. This weeks aim is to avoid gaining because I cant expect to lose…

Oh I might have to check those out. I was planning on a trip to Julian Graves tomorrow.

I got mine to monitor my heart when exercising. I have a minor heart issue and wanted to start doing some more intense classes at the gym. I was not always the best at listening to myself when I am tired so its handy being monitored.

My Mirena has all but stopped my periods now but from tracking in the past it really does happen. Usually 2 or 3 pounds but it does go.
-
That sounds perfect!
-
I have had the mirena over 2 years and have put on 10lbs. Its not something I would say was caused by Mirena though. Its caused by my love of food. Before the Mirena I was on the pill for 1 month and the weight I put on was incredible. Never known I could gain so fast. Pill affected me badly in so many ways including…

I don't think perfect exists. If I become amazingly toned there would be still parts of my body I hate. Instead I have set a realistic goal and given myself a long time to reach it.

This article really got my interest. Because I don't drive I have always walked everywhere. It was more than the so called recommended 30 minutes 5 times a week but I still became overweight and my health suffered. Looking back I know I was not moving anywhere near enough or often enough. In my head I was doing well…
