the best zero calorie drink you can drink is water. Lots and lots of water. Anything else (besides plain seltzer) is full of chemicals. Water, water, and more water. Once you get used to it, you won't want to drink anything else.

The "experts" say you should move 10000 steps per day for health and 15000 to lose weight. But any movement more than what you are currently moving is an improvement and a good thing. Fit your goals into your lifestyle and just try to slowly increase additional steps every day.

Who cares what anyone else thinks? It only matters what you think. Any time you spend on cardio exercise is time you are NOT being a couch potato. If it gets your heart rate up and you burn calories then it works. (Of course the other half of the equation is how much you are eating...) Eating at a deficit is what allows…

it is in the food database. I found it under hard boiled egg (whites only) or something similar to that. I believe one has 17 calories, no fat, and 4 or 5 grams of protein

What about an exercise bike? Low impact and no risk of falling. I have 80 pounds to lose and will walk as my form of exercise. Sending a friend request.

she would register free for the weight watchers online message board (www.weightwatchers.com). it's not for the program, just for the message board. she would have better luck getting answers to weight watchers questions there, i would think.

I like it with apple butter. but cottage cheese has less protein than greek yogurt and more sodium, so i am staying away from cottage cheese...

I would google stretches for plantar fasciitis. Calf stretches REALLY help. I would investigate getting orthotics. I would freeze small bottles of water, wrap in a towel, and roll my feet on the frozen bottles. That really helps. And lastly, go on YouTube and search for chair exercises or other exercises for those with…

I've heard the same thing about soy and hypothyroidism. I stay away from soy products as well.

greek yogurt (plain). Add your own fruit, some granola, some nuts. hard-boiled eggs. string cheese. cottage cheese. add fruit, veggies, apple butter. tuna pouches. canned chicken. sliced turkey, ham, roast beef from the deli at your grocery store. hummus and vegetables (or pita)

you could make it with milk. you can have some cottage cheese, yogurt, hard-boiled egg, turkey sausage in addition to your oatmeal without adding more protein actually to it

i struggle with this too. I have to make a real effort to not eat 5 large meals and to really only have 1/2 the calories and 1/2 the carbs at the snacks.
