  • I went through my closet and actually fit into some t shirts and pants that are a smaller size. Packed up and donated some larger clothing that I don't need anymore. Yeah!
  • Jello pudding in the refrigerator section has some great stuff out now for only 60 calories. Also sugar free jello (10 calories)with a dalop of cool whip is great too. Fiber one Carmel pretzel bars rock...but watch the carbs.. I like to have a sweet at night...not every night but these things help me not feel deprived.
  • I do the shake and the raspberry tea every morning. It helps me to not be hungry throughout the morning and start with a good foundation each morning. The protein bars are good when you have the middle of the day munchie. Good luck.
  • I eat sugar free jello or healthy popcorn. I also chew very strong mint sugar free gum.
  • I also hand the mail ads for pizza and fast foods to my 7yr old and he yells "no mommy!" and has fun ripping them up and throwing them in the trash. We also have fun saying" turn the channel" as soon as a food ad comes on tv. It has turned into a fun game :)
