  • I am 54 and just signed up last week. I cover the fit part rather well, I do the treadmill in the winter months & bicycle in the summer, as well as a weekly yoga class. I do however need to get my diet back under control and just the last 5 days have been eye opening. I am always open to more support and sharing ideas.
