I need some ideas for smoothies. Suggestions? Which ones are best for you?

You don't really need recipes for smoothies, though.
Just throw whatever fruit you have in the house into a blender. Add some sweet fruit (ripe banana, mango etc) in to make it a bit less sour.
You can also make green smoothies by adding in leafy greens. The taste takes some getting used to, so start out with not too many greens and then build it up.
You can also add some protein powder to give it some more nutrition.0 -
The true secret to my Amazing award winning protien smoothies is 2 table spoons of york peppermint patty coffee creamer. There are many differnt types of flavors of creamers that can really add an element of awsomness to smoothies. (Don't add a lot just enough for flavor, but not to many calories.)

Mine are all fruit with a handful of spinach and maybe 2 tablespoons of oatmeal (uncooked)..Usually pineapple, banana and whatever...oh sometimes I ad a bit of water. The spinach will cut the sweet/sour flavor a bit and it is more nutrition in a glass. Oh avocado can be another nice addition. I experiment ...and always drink my mistakes :happy:0
