I log calories for WOD so just eat to those (with much more protein). Aching today after rings, pull ups and press ups yesterday :p

A) Barbell Complex for QUALITY work up to a heavy rep of the following: Cluster + Thruster + Hang Cluster + Thruster + Push Jerk B) 8 reps for time at 80% of Part A. C) 3 Rounds For time: 20 Burpees 400m Run I got new pb for weights - 19.5kg, but only managed 2/3 of C. I hate burpees!

Some antipsychotics cause more weight gain than others. Maybe discuss a swap with your doc if its an option?

Sertraline would be first line for anxiety in the uk. Its not known for weight gain x (Zoloft, Lustral) Ps, don't stop paroxetine quickly - bad withdrawals

Thank you! Todays WOD is Thrusters (not with my leg) and double unders. I can't even do single unders so Im staying home to practice them ;-)

Im interested in peoples answers too as Im new to lifting (2 weeks) and have been sore all that time, but functioning. Just kneeling on the floor this weekend and my quad went pop! So I guess I was overdoing it...

Injured! I suppose launching into exercise I was bound to overdo it... Well, I suppose its looking at the diet then, although I seem to be losing more weight on the days I don't exercise of course ;-) Any recommendations for quadriceps strain? It went pop, but I can still limp around.
