Hmmm, 2 weeks in. Unsurprisingly i guess after going all out from nothing, my left thigh has gone ping. Wasn't even doing anything! Ive iced it and i guess ill go more gently. Any other advice? i was planning on the next workout being monday.

Ok, it seems it is silly...Im having a rest day today and my left thigh has just gone ping. Owwww!!! Maybe I shouldn't lift on monday? :cry:

Thank you :flowerforyou: I did really dive in from nothing :blushing: Im really enjoying it though, even though Im pretty sore! Im eating enough protein, but probably not enough water or sleep (wakeful toddler who still breastfeeds :yawn: ) Ill try get more. Thats good advice about the scales (and you look great!)

First Rx now ;-) It was 3k ski, 3k row and 3k run (with walking) I didn't do any exercise 2 weeks ago so this was a big deal for me :-D

Started the day 1/2 a lb heavier but hit all my goals: 1 hour of cross fit (day 2!) 5.5 hours study for my exam ;-)

I am trying to wean my 2 year old (probably over the next 6 months-1 year :yawn: ) She has only recently started sleeping through the night, but I stopped feeding her in the night as often at about 1 year because it was 5-6 x per night and now its only when she really kicks off :sad: . Lol! If so, Im on it because Ive always had an oversupply and mine is 2 now, with no signs of wanting to wean :yawn: I have found it hard to lose weight whilst bf too. Maybe aim for less than 1lb a week, to see if it improves your supply. A grumpy baby is much worse than not losing weight as quickly :wink: Best of luck. If…

Hey! Im Curly from the UK. Ive just started lifting and that conks me out so 1 hour a day might be a challenge! Ill have to do very light 1 hours in-between :bigsmile:
