  • Well good job on doing day 2!! Day 3 was tough for me mostly because my calves were KILLING me! But the pain in my shoulder blades was kind of nice since I've never worked those muslces before! Keep it up! Day 4 and 5 are a breeze!:) You'll be amazed how much better you get at it !
