Muscles weigh more than fat. Assuming that your calorie counting is accurate, you must be making muscles faster than you are loosing fat.

well are you sure, 1200 calories a day is enough. With this amount of calorie intake I'll rather call cheat day as nutrition day.

If I have options to choose between many foods with same nutritious value, then I log before and check which one is low on calorie :P If I don't have option I try to minimize my calorie intake and then log after.

Yes you are right, after swimming I feel very hungry. But since I am on diet, so I eat lots of fruits, 125 ml of milk and plain non flavored corn flakes. Total around 250-300 Kcal of breakfast (I swim before breakfast) Since I am a beginner and I enjoy swimming, but my stamina is little less now, so I am swimming 300m…
