1400 is crazy! Amazing dedication. I am on day 246 I think? Haven't missed a day since I started logging and not planning to stop anytime soon.

I run in place or do skaters whenever there is downtime. ... .. . I just finished P90X and did day 2 of P90X3 yesterday. Agility X... holy cow. That was a good workout.

I hate vanity sizing. Old Navy runs ridiculously large. I think American Eagle's tops run small and their pants run large (so weird), but maybe it's my body type. Forever 21, the Buckle and Maurices run true to size for me... however, I have some old shirts from the Buckle in size XL and compared to a size XL now they are…

Mostly I got "wow, you look great!" And a few facetious comments thrown in there like "I'm watching what you put on your plate" as I was dishing up. Also, random thought... there are a lot of people in my family with extreme weight issues. I never really noticed before.

I estimated 4000 quick add calories. Might have been more. I ate more desserts than entrees.

I would like to maintain my weight for the most part. Cut more body fat and add more muscle. I'm currently slowly upping my cals to find my maintenance. I also would like to complete P90X3 and another round of P90X.

Thank you all for your kind words, support and compliments. I appreciate it so much!

When working with thickeners you need to either use more flour, corn starch etc., or less almond milk. It is a much thinner consistency and does not thicken as well - so this goes for gravies, rouxs, etc. Also, using almond milk will slightly change the texture of baked goods like cookies and cakes but you probably won't…

I'm making BBQ meatballs, candy bark and a chocolate pecan pie. My family does a potluck style lunch every year.

Great job! I'm a JMBR grad so I know how hard it is. You had great results.

My goal was 150 - and I'm thinking I might be off just a bit. I've fluctuated between 151 and 152 this week. So I'm close anyway!

At a minimum, you need a resistance band. Recommended are free weights and a pull up bar.

Plyo X. One of my faves.

I would say 99.9% accurate when I'm at home. When I go out - I estimate based on similar items in the database.

I use raw egg whites in tiramisu, royal icing, eggnog etc. and have never had problems. Personally, I wouldn't use raw yolks. Just the thought of it kinda grosses me out.

I will be working out Christmas morning, after my daughter opens her presents and before I start baking. No excuses. Should be leg day for me. What a better way to start the day?
-
I use this site: http://p90xcalories.com I select "low" intensity because I am in good shape and don't think I burn much. Calorie burns with a program like this are really a shot in the dark though to be honest.

My bacne finally cleared up once I started doing chemical peels. You can find more aggressive peels online, but places like Sephora have some mild ones, and I've even seen a glycolic peel at Target.

Great job.

Love Tony. Love P90X. Will be buying 3 tomorrow (or rather, my husband will be buying it for me for Christmas). I don't mind the longer workouts personally, but it would be nice to have some shorter options on days I am strapped for time.

12-15 rep range today. I will definitely keep an eye on the numbness. Kinda freaked me out. Thank you.

Ugly is honestly something I've never felt. Even when I was obese, I felt that my one redeeming quality was that I had an attractive face. Now fat on the other hand... yes I still feel fat. Some days are better than others.

I use dumbbells to add resistance for compound movements sometimes, but other that just bodyweight.

Leather leggings - goal met. A dress without Spanx - goal met. Shorts - not there yet. Hope to reach that goal by summer.

Meh, not in any rush. This is how I started and it worked and continues to work so I haven't changed anything. The only thing I'm really concerned about is losing too much lean mass. I have no fears or worries about adjusting to maintenance or gaining the weight back - exercise and a healthy diet are part of my life now,…

Thanks for the responses. Given me some things to think about. I eat 1400 calories a day and do not eat exercise calories back. My estimated burns are about 200 calories, 5 times a week. I lift free weights (max. 15 lbs.) in isolated and combined movements and do body weight exercises (push ups, pull ups, yoga). This is…

Just .2 lbs. I didn't eat a whole lot though, and also worked out.

Also keep in mind that it can take several months for your hormones to regulate after giving birth, and for your body to let go of the extra fat. I didn't begin losing weight steadily until 6-7 months post partum.

No no no no no.
