I'm on workouts 11 and 12. She put some super challenging moves in these ones! I am delighted to say that I can actually do a few wheel pushups. When you get there... just try them. They aren't as impossible as they look. I think workout 12 is my favorite so far. And I love cardio 3. Cardio 1 and 2 were soooo boring.

I use 3's, 5's and 8's. I actually want heavier ones, but weights are pretty darn expensive! I will get new ones after I finish JMBR in a couple of weeks (going to do it again).

Thanks all! I am 5'5. I just exercise and watch what I eat. No soda, alcohol, trans fat, hydrogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup. No eating out except for special occasions. Sounds like the pill to me too. Your body may have greater fluctuations due to water retention or simply adjusting to the hormones. Give it at least a full couple of months to see if your body regulates.

I am over my sugar goal every day (I eat a lot of fruit). Don't worry about it. Do your best to keep added sugars to a minimum.

I tend to eat light during the day and eat a big, hearty dinner. If I only had 250 cals for dinner, I would essentially be going to bed hungry - and I would feel over stuffed during the day trying to make other meals larger. But that is just me. No harm in experimenting and finding what best suits your lifestyle.

What do you mean you didn't lose "that much"? Any weight loss should be considered a success, so perhaps you had unrealistic expectations. You really should judge results based on measurements, photos and how your clothing fits and not scale weight. I'm surprised a nutritionist would tell you that you're starving yourself…
