  • I have ADHD but I didn't get diagnosed until last year. I am 28. I tried the keto diet a few months before my ADHD diagnosis and while I was in ketosis my ADHD symptoms were drastically diminished (even though at the time I just thought I was losing my mind). Maybe if you can handle it a ketogenic diet could help you…
  • I weigh daily and then average my weight for the week to determine loss (on days i wake up for work at 5am i always weigh at least a 1lb more than days i wake up at 8am). By doing this i can even do monthly averages if i want. I dont focus on the daily numbers very much.
  • I do both. If I'm not home i guesstimate. If im at home i weigh things. My boyfriend laughs at me when i bring my scale to the dinner table to make my plate. We're both trying to lose weight. He's lost 2lbs and no inches. I've lost 7lbs and 2in from my waist. He can laugh at me all he wants. Lol
  • I guessed myself 5 body sizes off. And this didn't account for my apple shape. I am finely proportioned except for the spare tire around my middle that is between my waist and hips..It told me I was our glass shaped..which is wrong.
  • With my second pregnancy I started out at 176lbs. I delivered at 190lbs. My baby was 8lbs 8oz. I left the hospital weighing 163lbs. I technically lost weight during my pregnancy. My midwife was riding me hard cuz I didn't gain any weight until the last month (at one point I had lost a couple pounds). I didn't try to lose…
  • I used to almost always eat most of my exercise calories..hell sometimes I'd have to take an extra walk or something because I ate over my calories.. Then I changed my diet big time and now I barely eating my 1200 cals before exercise..granted if I am particularly hungry that day I can eat mfp out of house and home in…
  • I am 5'4" and my goal weight is 125-130lbs.
  • I like strip clubs. Generally I envy the girls dancing and bodies. Honestly one of the reasons I want to lose weight is to do an amateur contest somewhere once..It's one of my bucket list things..even though I'll probably never have the guts to get on a stage in front a million strangers in my undies and dance (badly) lol.
  • I have been trying to lose weight for awhile and have lost 35-40lbs but my most recent motivation is that.. My ex's wife told me I have a pretty face for a "big girl" which I informed her that I'm not even considered "plus" size so I'm not really that "big". Then I decided I would drop this other 35-40lbs I need to lose…
  • I do not think these pills are magic pills that will make me look like a model. I took one this morning and I am tolerating it well thus far. I am not a bit hungry and I have energy (which I've been very depressed lately to the point I'm considering talking to my doctor about an antidepressant) so energy has not been very…
  • I have been doing that whole slow answer steady route for 2 years. I've lost 40lbs which I think I couldve lost more but I think my birth control made it harder plus id take "breaks" where Id fall into maintenance phase to make sure Id keep the weight off and I have every time. I just I dont work out at the gym. I take…
  • they're hydroxycut pills. she bought them in February and they don't expire til 2015.
  • I was losing like 10lbs and then kinda going into a relaxed phase to make sure I could keep the weight off and not gain. Which is always successful but getting back on the hardcore wagon is always so hard..especially after I went to night shift and I didn't know how to handle my meals anymore (I did gain a little back…
  • I'd move out of state, buy a new car, and finish college for the short term. Once I finished college I am not sure what I'd do.
  • I think you need a new gym..I've never seen any nasty stuff like that happen where I go. We even use the cleaner and spray down the equipment we use after we we use it..including treadmills and ellipticals.
  • I have weighed myself on like 5 different scales and gotten a variation up to 10 pounds. I suggest getting a scale that shows a consistent weight and using only that scale to track weight loss. Or skip the scale and use a tape measure to track inches lost. I use a scale and inches. The inches are always more rewarding for…
  • I'm jealous you look hott!
