My ex's mother took those and they were wonderful, she tried almost every pill out there. Her only side effect from this was fear from the needles, she had no more pain in her hand, they did cause nasty bruises upon injection but everyone is different

Depending on your size or fitness level, Id say a brisk walk is cardio. I've got family members who are obese and walking to the store 5 min away puts a sweat on them, over an hour of that would definitely make them sweat/possible sore

I found it got easier, My biggest difficulty though was breathing. I just slowed my pace and was able to go for however long that I want, without sounding like im dying, my lungs/cardiovasc definitely improved

^^ This, I had got extensor Tendonitis, and was out running for over 1 month, its finally better with no pain. Cause of injury was from an overuse I thought Id get into running and wanted to do it everyday with my strength t, careful with your training!

I agree with alternate days for your run and weight training. Some people may handle it doing both but I know I sure can't, won't make the most of my workout. Also 6 days is quite excessive if youre hitting your legs hard as well, give them a day to rest so you can make repairs. Never underestimate the power of rest days,…

I train at 6:30 in the morning, I always put something quick like a banana or slice of toast, and then have a bigger meal after. But I think it all depends on the time of day, I come home from work at 6, and I don't eat before working out and feel perfectly fine. Everyone reacts differently

I have great days and dont want to work out. I still drag my *kitten* to the gyn and i feel even better (on good days and bad) Its all mentality once you get in and start you wont dread it, make it fun

Your diary isnt open and when it was you were eating less than 1100 at most. With the amount of calories put in and the amount of exercise youre doing. Cycle class. Hows your diet? When I eat too few calories or just crap food I feel like it. Dragging myself out of bed, drink lots of water and make sure youre getting your vitamins. Try using caffiene. If nothing changes I would sugget seeing a doctor

You can still gain muscle one a deficit of calories, and lose fat. It all comes down to what you are eatog. You need protein to build more muscle, if you are eating 1200 calories of junk yah you may not gain any muscle..
