eat less and work out more, do it eat without starving your self and you should safely drop that weight in 5 - 7 weeks.

this sounds psychological and not biological. I personally love the feeling of self control that I get from not eating when I think I'm hungry. For me it was giving in to my feelings that lead me to being overweight in the first place. Feeling hungry is not the same as starving, and over time you will adjust if you stick…

Eat less and healthier work out more. Count your calories. Lets be realistic though losing mor than 25 lbs between ow and may would be pretty unhealthy and shooting for a specific date can be unrealistic and a recipe for failure

You have to find what works for you. I am strict during the week days loose on the weekends when it comes to calories. I work out for an hour 6 days a week. I enjoy it. It can be a slow process but you just gotta keep with it. It's as boring as that

I do 40 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of lifting 6 days a week, its been working for me

oh water weight you have done it again. do not worry about it, I "gain" 2lbs of water weight every weekend, its gone by the following Wed. and I usually find I've lost weight by that Friday. just watch those calories and keep up / increase your physical activity. you'll be fine

two days is not enough time to gauge anything. Patience. Be honest about your calories, increase your physical activity, and give it 2-3 weeks. Your weight fluctuates day to day. last Friday I was 228, today after the weekend the scale says 231, by the time I hit Friday again I will be down to 227 or 226.
