I love the classes but they are $40 a month plus the cost of a babysitter. I am also wondering if I could follow the steps on mute with better, less annoying music.

I'm thinking more along the itmes I have such as chicken bouillon or those packaged Lipton Noodles and junk. I don't eat these types of food but I am in a pickle.

first off, anytime I watch a tv show about overweight people, the first thing that happens is a trainer comes in and tosses all the bad food. If I were an alcholic, it would be wrong for me to come home from re-hab and he plunks a bottle of booze on the counter for me...same goes for food! I don't want it. Please stop…
