  • I am super motivated to hit ONE-derland before the end of the year, I have 9 lbs to go, so I think it is do-able. I plan on carrying a note in my wallet that says 199.9 lbs on it.   • I just finished week #2, I love it now. I can't wait to get home from work to do that day's excercise. I started at 220lbs (6ft male) and I am only down to 217lbs but I can tell a big difference.   • I have started eating a frozen breakfast sandwich made by Jimmy Dean. It is ham, egg and cheese on a wheat english muffin. They are only 210 calories and are really good and quick. They are kind of expensive ($5 for a package of 4).

  • Taco Bell is actually a major part of my current diet. I am travelling alot for my job and if I need to eat fast I find a Taco Bell. I get 3 Fresca soft tacos at 150 calories each and I have a quick on the go lunch for 450 calories that fills me up.
