Thanks for the thoughts! I know being vegetarian can sometimes lead to more unhealthy eating, hopefully going to try and avoid that... I just did my first "vegetarian" shopping list and avoided junky foods at all costs :) Gonna do my research & make sure I'm getting all the complete proteins and just eat a huge variety.…
