I am so glad I found your post! I saw a personal trainer in May at a cross-training facility. I did the body analysis and I was shocked....It came back as 21 percent body fat. How about a nice 'Hot Yoga" class (my personal fave) or pilates? Still a very good workout, but no "pounding". We certainly need to listen to our bodies. Hope this helps!

She does do triceps. I waved at myself the other day to check out how my "wave' was looking. And wow! It is now safe to wave at people! I find it a very intense workout, I highly recommend it! JM is an asskicker!

Im doing "No more trouble zones, and alternating with "Banish fat, boost Metablism". She really kicks *kitten*! I can actually "see" my muffin top disappearing!!!! So 5 days per week, 1 day of hot yoga to stretch my muscles and then 1 rest day. So far, so good!

Caught up in the numbers game.........Letting the scale measure our progress and dictate how we feel about ourselves. After "depriving ourselves all week, and working out like crazy" only to have the scale say we did NOTHING!!! Wth?!!! I think we are to track it under circuit training. I just did the Jillian Micheals workout , no more troublespots. However, when I put it in it only counts as 400cals. It feels like it should be around 600cals!! Ha! I would like to know what others are counting it as. Thoughts anyone?
