I just started this workout and I love it. It really works all areas. Just wondering if anyone has had
good results from using this? 5min warm-up, 40 min/6 circuits, 5min cool down

i have this dvd and love it, i have seen results but i need to do it more often i have kinda slacked off:(0

I love this workout!! Jillian has a such a no nonsense attitude and I really saw a change in how toned I was after using it for a few months! I lost 5 pounds without even watching what I ate! When I'm in a time crunch, I just do the first 25-30 minutes and still get a good workout in.0

Im doing "No more trouble zones, and alternating with "Banish fat, boost Metablism". She really kicks *kitten*! I can actually "see" my muffin top disappearing!!!! So 5 days per week, 1 day of hot yoga to stretch my muscles and then 1 rest day. So far, so good!0
