The idea behind the eating 4-6 meals, or eating every 3 hours is to keep your metabolism up. I don't know about all of that. I do know that since I started eating 200-300 calorie meals every 3 hours, I feel significantly less hungry all the time. I'm not trying so hard to space meals and snacks. People tell me I am crazy because I go to the gym, and eat how I do. Hey, I 5 feet, my starting weight was 130lbs, I'm currently 121lbs, my goal is unsure..I'm trying to gain muscle, so who knows, probably between100-115lbs. I am eating 1,200 calories a day. Hoping to reduce my body fat percentage, I will send you an add.

I do this! My boyfriend says "Oh, your calories look high" and I think "that's good, I'm not getting extra!"

gap is measured ankles together. Only certain body types can get the gap, and you have to be very thin and without muscle. I do not know why you would want that, but whatever, it's your goal! So, I would say you could try by doing your cardio and keeping calorie intake low but healthy. Good luck.

I wouldn't wear make-up to the gym. You are there to workout, not look like a Ke$ha video. If you already had it on, okay, leave it on..but you don't need it at the gym. People will think you look good if you are working out hard at the gym!

I cook mine with water, and put brown sugar, and honey...sometimes nuts and a small amount of milk on it.

They don't put wrong" info but they can change the "serving size" so that it is zero if you ate that much, but if you eat 2 servings in one go it's really 5 or 10 calories, but if you knew that...you wouldn't eat so much of it would you?

I had a boyfriend who was very thin, high metabolism, no muscle, just skin and bones who would tell me routinely how fat I was. When I hit 125lbs he told me I was getting "to fat" for him.

They say that LIIT can be just as effective as HIIT just depending on your body and what you attempting to do. I used to walk an hour 4 days a week and that was enough for me, but this is my 2nd time trying to lose and it just isn't happening with walking these days..
