MiO liquid enhancer?

Hi guys, Just wanted to know your opinions of MiO liquid enhancer and if it will cause any weight gain if consumed? The bottle says 0 everything but do you guys know the real macros and info of it? Thanks in advance.

    just artificial crap. No macros, no calories.

    They are nice when water gets boring. While they are mostly all zero all the way across, the orange flavor does have some Vit B in it. My favorite is berry/pomegranate.

    I am not a fan of the MIO flavor, I use hawaiian punch packets, plus they give you vitamin C only 10 calories per packet.

    The "real macros and info of it" is on the package. They dont put fake nutritional info on a package. It either has something or it doesnt.

    That is true, some company got in big trouble a few months back from FDA for putting wrong info on their food. Can't remember who it was though.

    They don't put wrong" info but they can change the "serving size" so that it is zero if you ate that much, but if you eat 2 servings in one go it's really 5 or 10 calories, but if you knew that...you wouldn't eat so much of it would you?
