Well, if you have early dinner, you're food gets digested before u hit the sack. It definitely feels better that way. One of my friend lost weight by changing 2 things: 1. Early dinner & 2. Started using olive oil. Just a suggestion!

Sorry but I do not understand why is there a need to buy yogurt when it can be made at home. No sugar, no salt just plain goodness. You wanna make it heavy use full fat else use skimmed milk.
