Best Workout Dvd's?

Are P90x, Insanity, or Sixpack shortcuts worth all the money involved? Is there a cheaper way to get those same dvds?

I have invested money in many DVDs and still use them because they are effective. If you are tight on money you can find many free videos on YouTube or fitnessblender.com. I love fitness blender and there is literally a workout for everything. You just do a search to find what you want.

Have tried p90x, insanity, now doing p90x3. Love them all. You might be able to buy the DVDs second-hand, which should be a lot cheaper.

Check your local library. At the very least, it is a good way to try out a DVD before you buy it.

I love workout dvd's. I have Jillian's 30 day shred, P90x, P90x 2, Insanity, Asylum, LM combat, T25, biggest loser yoga, Jillian yoga and even fit to strip by Carmen Electra! haha

I get mine on eBay sometime and I think it's pretty good value as I have been using them for years!

Bob Harper is great, as is Jillian Michaels and Jackie Warner. I've picked my DVD's up at BJ's Wholesale Club for just a couple of dollars or Target. I have been thinking of getting the T25 series but it is a big invesment.....

You can't go wrong with any of the BeachBody DVDs. I'm currently doing Power 90, which is a little easier than P90X. I bought the entire package on Amazon for around $70. I love this program and once I get strong enough, I'll move on to either Power 90 Master Series or T25.

T25 ,any of Jillian Michael's, Power 90 ( if you're a beginner). And like several folks have said you can't really go wrong with beachbody workouts

I've done several Jillian Michaels DVDs and Tony Horton's Power 90 and also his P90X. Tony's style of teaching appeals to me more. The Power 90 is an easier DVD, but there's really no chemistry or interaction with the boring people in the background. If I have to see a DVD over and over again, I need to see some camaraderie. That's why I love the P90X. I never get tired of Tony's humor in that one.

I have done slim in 6, turbo jam and turbo fire, I also have insanity and chalene extreme. I have several Jillian DVDs as well as Zumba. You can say I am addicted to workout videos!! I got amazing results with slim in 6, turbo fire and turbo jam, you will see your waist and butt and thighs shape up with those one for sure. Zumba is a blast but I much prefer going to an actual Zumba class. Jillian workouts are always pretty effective. It depends on what kind of workout you want. If you want something fun go for something like turbo jam or Zumba, if you want to add strength chalene extreme is pretty great, if you want to test your physical stamina by testing your physical limits than insanity is the way to go.
