I'm usually always over in protein for some reason, but it's never by a huge amount and don't find that has truly caused a negative problem on my weight loss process.

I got my picture. I sent in a picture from before I started losing weight and told them to take off 50 pounds. I've only lost 30 of those pounds and look better than the picture they produced for me, haha.

I'm an exercise and wellness major. It can take a year for even a male to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle. It's not easy and it doesn't develop over night, BUT your weight is probably water weight... the muscle will come with time and the fat will come off.

Haha, yes. I want to lose 50 pounds. I'm 5 9. I started out weighing 187... I'm now down to 158. But I'd like to be around 135-140 which is where I was in high school. I have a lot of muscle... so it never looks like I weigh a lot.

As already stated this is a lifestyle change. I used to have an eating disorder and would restrict my calories to extremely low amounts. I'm talking about less than 100 calories a day. Basically water, jello, diet pop, and veggies... (I'm not saying you have a disorder or are eating only that amount, I'm just explaining…

I guess it makes a little sense though. My goal is for 135... but, I'm honestly going to stop when I'm content and like the way my body looks, not just a number.

Who knew raising the heat in your house would help you drop weight... and I was very shocked it stated that people lost MORE weight when they did set unrealistic goals... wow. :happy: Great article though, truly does make you think.

Believe it or not... you burn more calories weight lifting than cardio most of the time! It's definitely possible. :happy:

I have 37 calorie left for the day. I'd rather be a small amount under than over. I don't consider 37 calories THAT much under. Fruit leather is only 45 calories... and amazing!
