My pounds have come off quite quickly, but sometimes I might have a week with no loss... SO: I shock my system by having a day where I eat more calories. Your body speeds up your metabolism to make up for the more you are consuming.

I weigh myself every day right after I go to the bathroom and stand on the scale in my underwear and bra so that it is always constant. Mine seems pretty constant and accurate, BUT I always take my measurement as well.

I took Slim Quick and it actually worked, but with hard work as well. Just gave a little boost and made me less hungry. I have seen the packets in the store next to the pills and you can give them a try... Just be careful.

I am not too sure about that. I guess it's possible... perhaps you are losing pounds in your face and arms or places where you can't tell by your belt. I hope to hear more answers because I'd love to know as well. Good luck! :tongue:

It's totally possible to drop a lot to start with, but don't get sad or discouraged when the scale only shows 1-2 pounds a week because it will even out. Congrats and keep up the fantastic work, you can do this! :smile:
