As other said... check your Iron and Carbohydrates. You need them both and will give you a bump in energy. I take an Iron supplement everyday as told to by my Doctor! :smile:

I see all these different challenges like push ups and sit ups, beach body, biggest loser, and other supportive groups and I want to be in one, but they all started so long ago. I was thinking off starting one, but can't really think of what... anyone have an idea or want to start one too?

I understand what you mean. My Boyfriend is on this site as well, but trying to GAIN weight. Yes, you can use this website to gain weight by recording. If you can't afford for her to have her own personal trainer then I would personally watch her carefully and you decide the amount of weight. It should start off fairly low and make sure she doesn't push herself too hard and this shouldn't be an every day activity for someone so young. Be careful and have a good day!…

There is NO possible way to lose weight quickly and healthy. 2 pounds a week is a great goal and healthy. AND... You need everything: Protein, Carbs, even Fat, Veggies, and Fruits... EVERYTHING in portions. Good luck and stay healthy... :smile:

100 Calorie packs... I don't give up chocolate when on a diet, just portions and it's been working for me for a long time now. Yummy chocolate covered pretzels for 100 calories... :smile:

Thanks, I'm going to have to look up the facts. I do know that the Veggie Pizza at Pizza Hut isn't horribly bad which is kinda cool. : ) I'll get myself back on track tomorrow and back to melting those pounds away!
