I take a thermos of it everyday. It tastes great, plus it tastes good cold (or cooled down) as well. Regular black tea not so much. I've heard good things about it too - anti oxidant, mild appetite supressant (probably the caffeine)

I'm often an early morning gym person too. I just have a very light snack (like a piece of fruit for example or small bowl of cereal) and then after I will have a more substantial breakfast part 2 . . . . . . (and man, that breakfast part 2 is some kind of awesome!

I swear by lulu lemon. I've got two pairs of yoga shorts that have lasted me almost 7 years. They are the most comfortable awesome shorts ever. If you can afford it, then check it out. Yeah me too, (though closer to 6:00 am). There is much to be said for getting that workout happening first thing in the morning - sort of sets the tone for the rest of the day and makes sure it actually gets done.

Cheat meal or 1 cheat menu item might be a better idea. I know I can do a lot of damage in one day!
