@kah68 I'm new to this thread but thought I'd share- I'm in my last semester of my BS in computer science and I took an SAP/ERP course! It was fun! This semester I'm taking a course on ABAP, the SAP programming language :)

Here's what I got from fitness frog, I should deduct 15% from this TDEE to get how many calories I should be eating to lose weight while lifting, right? Thanks all for your input already!

Thanks for the suggestion! How do you track calories for weight lifting? I can't find an accurate way to calculate how many calories are burned during lifting :s

I found the recipe on google, it doesn't say to make these as mini muffins, so I don't know how many servings that would be if you decided to make them mini instead of large like the original recipe. Try adding a side of veggies to your meals. Usually, I don't make very healthy dinners and can't eat much of it (mostly cheesy things..) so I make a ton of broccoli or carrots to eat first, then I enjoy my yummy cheesy food and still feel full! These other folks are right though, getting more protein and fiber in each meal…

Sounds like you should have a lot of help at home, I understand working and going to school full time-- many of us have to do it! Are you taking care of the grandchildren?
