Thanks for the reply! It's great that you lost 10lbs in a month in a half. i wonder if it's all fat that was lost. I've done more research and there's plenty of arguments on both sides for good and bad. I guess trying it will be the only way to find out if it really works or not. It seems like there aren't too many people…

To sustain it for life would probably not happen with me but to get to my target weight and desired BF% might be doable. Thanks for the input!

Congrats Bro! Can't wait to get there myself. I'm at a 28.5 BMI (198 lbs) and my goal is be somewhere between 23-25 (160-175 lbs) BMI to be considered healthy for my height (5ft 10in). I haven't been down to the 160-175 range since high school! Good luck with the maintenance!
