I'm on W5 D3 which is warm up for 5 mins walking, then run for 20 mins straight, no walking breaks . I DID IT!!!!! woohoo :smile:

What I have learned since I have been here is if your working out everyday 1200 is to low, you need to up your calorie intake. I did a lot of research on the broads here and I have up my calorie in-take to 2052. what a difference it makes.

I was just thinking the same thing! And people are so dog-on mean on here. You ask a question because your new and you really don't know, thinking you can get help from these so called EXPERTS ....NOT!!!! just plan rude.
