About a month, but it depends on how much you work out and how you are eating.0

Im eating 1200 a day. Trying to work out everyday (if i cant get to the gym more active at home). Hoping to lose 5-10 in a month0

I am in week 2 and I lost 4 lbs already but my calories are much higher and I try to exercise everyday but I am lazy. Be careful too low of RDI will make you stay where you are at.0

I dropped pretty quick at first. Well over what MFP was predicting. Then I snail crawled to at or below a pound a week. It took me over 6 months to actually notice a difference physically.0

What I have learned since I have been here is if your working out everyday 1200 is to low, you need to up your calorie intake. I did a lot of research on the broads here and I have up my calorie in-take to 2052. what a difference it makes.0

I kicekd my weight loss off with a fast, so I dropped my first 5 fast. However, it does depend on your starting weight too.0

There are too many options to answer this question with. For me, I started at 211 and I lost 6-7 in 2 weeks.0

Initially I had a lot of holiday weight that disappeared when I started tracking my calories [it was right after new years so I also was drinking less] so I lost 5-6 pounds in the first month. I kept a steady loss, though it's been waning recently due to a decrease in exercise. If you keep at it, you'll keep losing until you level out.0

I lost 5 lbs this week. BUT I haven't lost anything is 7 seven months. I lost 4 lbs the very first week but after that I was at like 1/2 at best and that was at 1400 and working out and lifting 4-5 times a week. I work out a lot less now and just bumped up my calories. I think it all depends on how much you have to lose total.0

It has taken me 6 months to lose 32 Lbs and 4 inches off my waist...on average, that comes out to a little less than 1 Lb per week. Patience is a virtue...sometimes you don't see anything day to day or even week to week...it's months down the road when you say, "holy ****...this is working."
I'm going even slower now with my last 15 - 20 Lbs of fat to lose because I'm really focused on my lifting and too big a calorie deficit really ruins my workouts...I'm losing more inches right now than actual scale weight...but inches are what is important.0 -
I've lost about 19 lbs without seeing any difference besides on the scale
I'm sure it's somewhere I've just not noticed where it went away from0 -
A little over a month the weight came off fairly easy, I didn't start seeing a huge difference in my body until I started the 30 Day Shred.
Don't give up because there are so many excuses we give ourselves not to exercise and eat healthy. I've been guily of that up until made up my mind to change. Find a plan that works for you and your schedule, be realistic about your goals.
Good Luck!0 -
I lost over 5 lbs in the first two weeks. Most of it was water weight since I went from drinking maybe 2 glasses of water a day and a ton of soda to almost no soda and 12+ glasses of water.0

3 weeks in, 6# lost.
It will be slow, but this is a good start.0 -
I lost a stone in a month depends on the indivudal0

I lost 10 pounds the first month, 5 pounds the second month and nothing the third month. This is the fourth month so I started going to a Yoga class and I'm not going to go over on the weekend like I usually do. If I lose 3 pounds this month I'll be happy. :flowerforyou:0
