I'm having a problem like this. Currently eating 1300 exercising burning off at least 1000 cal each time. Keep in mind I am really overweight in the high 200'.s and I usually eat back some of the calories I burn. But I have gained 5 lbs. So as soon as you have a solution please do share it with me. Hey people if you really want some Chicken that bad. You know KFC has Grilled chicken. Anytime i wants some that's what I have. Grilled chiken with mashed potatoes no gravy and greenbeans it's under 400 cal. Yep that's lunch for me today, Thanks a lot.

I don’t feel frustrated when I watch the show. Just remember they take these people out of their homes away from everyone. They are in the gym 2 to 3 hours a day. They have them on a diet of no more than 1200 calories per day. If I had nothing to do all day but exercise I’m sure I could definitely lose 10 to 20 pounds…
