July 15 weight: 132.5
Total loss: 2 pounds
So I didn't lose 10 pounds. I only lost 2 but that is better than nothing!1 -
I lost 9 pounds! Close but no cigar! I started at 252 not 255 and now I'm 243.
happy with my results.

Down 15.5lbs, very happy. This challenge was great as it kinda kept me on track and accountable. Best tip I can give is to track everything. Use scales if you have them, makes tracking so much easier and just be mindful I guess. I am definitely becoming more aware of what I eat and how easy it is to waste calories. My brother bought me a latte while we were out shopping and it was 150 calories! Was shocked. I appreciated the gesture but I was thinking that I could have gotten a lot more value for 150 calories.0
