    Challenge completed.

    June 16th weight: 264 lbs
    July 17th weight: 248.5 lbs

Down 15.5lbs, very happy. This challenge was great as it kinda kept me on track and accountable. Best tip I can give is to track everything. Use scales if you have them, makes tracking so much easier and just be mindful I guess. I am definitely becoming more aware of what I eat and how easy it is to waste calories. My brother bought me a latte while we were out shopping and it was 150 calories! Was shocked. I appreciated the gesture but I was thinking that I could have gotten a lot more value for 150 calories. ;)
