I'm worried about weighing in tomorrow. I started my period (sorry if that's tmi) and i've been struggling. I mean I know it's not a big deal, I guess it's just the hormones stressing me out. Lol hope everyone else is doing great! (:0

Okay, first to weigh in?
June 17th: 264.5 lbs (ignore first post, converted incorrectly from kg, oops!)
June 24tb: 257 lbs
So loss of 7.5lb for me. Very, very happy with that! I know it was my first week and I have a lot to lose, but still!
Tip. Use scanner and food scales to make sure calories are accurate. I did that last week and found it really helped. Onwards and upwards and hope everyone else did really well5 -
June 24th: 142 lb. (up slightly from last week)
Starting Challenge Weight: 142.8 lbs.
Challenge Goal weight: 132 lbs
51 female - going through "changes"
Tip of the week: Don't get discouraged - all my measurements and weight went up - so that's my motivation to move my exercising up a notch! I'm tired of being in the 140's and going back and forth since Sept 2015 with these last 10 lbs! Things are about to change!!!2 -
June 16 weight: 134.5
Goal weight: 124.5
June 24 weight: 132.5
Total loss so far: 2 pounds
Tip of the week: Stay persistent. You don't have to be perfect and you won't be. But if you are persistent and keep the little mess ups as few as possible, you'll do well in the end.

Challenge Goal: 136
Total Loss: 2
So I'm down 2 lbs, which I feel pretty good about. This week was definitely not easy. I had massive cravings and was surrounded by tempting unhealthy high-calorie food. I'll admit I had some of it, which I regret. I'm feeling really good and optimistic about this week though and I have made a pact with a friend of mine to go to the gym together at least 3 days a week throughout the summer.
Tip of the Week: Drink lots of water with your meals, it helps you feel full and stay healthy and hydrated.4 -
Start Challenge wt 146
6/24: 144
Challenge Goal wt: 135
Final goal: 128
Tip- when I'm tempted to eat something bad for me I tell myself I only want healthy things in my body, I'm worth it! (Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't!)2 -
6/16: 176 lbs
6/24: 175 lbs
Tip of the week: Drink more, eat less! It really does help you feel fuller!
I was so worried yesterday, but now I'm so proud of myself. Even 1 lb means I'm making progress and has given me more motivation to keep trying! It may seem like you're getting no where but if you have patience and believe in yourself you can truly achieve your goals. (: Good luck to everyone else!3 -

I'm nursing my 7+ month, and I'm eating anywhere between 1400-2000 calories and I'm still producing and losing.0 -
My daughter is 18 months old and I am nursing, still, I am losing more weight now than her first year. I tend to gain while nursing. 1600 seems to be my comfortable calorie intake, and at that rate when I drank enough water daily I was losing 2.3 lbs per week. Right now my deficit is the same but without the water my weight hasn't budged.0
