    Trying to eat healthy while not worrying about calories too much since I'm nursing.

    SW: 186.6 (6/16)
    Challenge GW: 176
    UGW: 130
    6/22: 181.8

    Will weigh in Wednesday for this week. Ate out a lot this week though with family in town.

    I started this challenge at 255 and am currently at 250 so half way there!

    Down 4lbs from last week and almost 12lbs over all. Still going to stay in for rest of challenge though. Hope everyone else had good week ;)

    Eating less than calories every day; walking at least 30 min/day and other exercising 4x/week.

    Week 2 weigh in (7/1): Went up 1 lb but still down 2 lbs from start. Know where I went wrong so ok with it. Goal for this holiday weekend is snack on veggies and a little bit of fruit (watching sugar intake even in fruit), and lots of water! Hope everyone had a successful week!

    I am incredibly proud of myself today. I really didn't think I was losing anything so it feels good to know it's working!

    Tip of the week: Its okay to get down and not feel very motivated as long as you don't give up and remind yourself to do the best you can. (:

    Thought I'd sneak in this challenge

    Starting/ current weight: 171 lbs
    Goal weight: 161 lbs
    Ultimate goal: 135 lbs
    Tips of the week: sneak in 10 minute workouts throughout the day.

    I'm nursing my current calorie intake is around 1600, however if I'm still hungry I eat. I didn't lose any weight for the first two months after having my baby girl in April. However lost almost 10 lbs since I started using this app in June. Good luck everyone

    Eh, it's late but I'll give it a shot.

    Goal 170
    Age 29

    I have a feeling I'll lose more than 10#. Watching bread and sugar amounts. Including strength training and cardio burn out. Caloric Deficit: no more than 500.

    Tip- sweets are not for everyday consumption make them in to rare occasions for you so you can one cut down on sugar and two learn to enjoy them more

    Tip is to be creative about treats. Smaller portion, homemade version or offset with exercise.

    Long term goal- maintian 110-115lbs of being toned and lean.
    Age 26 female
    Tip of the week- increase cardio by 30 minutes daily. (30minutes to 1 hour)
