OH My GOSH!!! Here it comes!!! You just asked a doozy of a question, Look OUT!!!

I am interested in the answer to this. Because I only seem to lose when I am eating around 1100 cals. I am 5'1" so I was always wondering if I just don't need much for food?

Hey, how are you? I'm not a fan, either!! It is good for seasoning, wrapped around a good steak, scallop or something, but even then I peel it off and give it to my husband. I don't like to chew on fat, crispy or otherwise.

http://www.everydayhealth.com/crohns-diet-pictures/joy-bauer-best-foods-for-crohns-disease.aspx#/slide-4 I just found this article. I like maranatha and Santa cruz for creamy all natural peanut butter. some all natural peanut butters don't taste so great. That would be a great try. Yogurt was another option that sounded…

Wow, I don't have any answers for you. I just tried to do a search and keep coming up with foods you CANNOT eat. Not helpful. Other than ensure is supposed to be a good thing. good luck

I LOVE LOVE LOVE breakoutbras.com The owner puts little descriptions of how the bras actually fit. I have emailed with questions about my measurements and she replies with suggestions and real advice on which bra suits you. I have bought several from her and have always been happy. I have the same problem. Stores do not…

I switched to diet sodas, but limit to having them only a few times a week. I LOVE Peach or Raspberry Fresca. It tastes fancy. I also like coke zero, then diet pepsi. I HATE diet coke.

This is what I would try the next time. Sometimes you really are thirsty. Hot drinks, tea seems most palatable to me at night and the least amount of calories, suppresses my appetite. Try this. I get really hungry days and this is a trick that helps hold me over when I know I cannot eat anymore calories.

Interesting, I am completely opposite. I would rather do calisthenics, boot camp type stuff or weight lifting over cardio, most anyday. Maybe try some martial arts....that has such a variety of movement there is NOOOO getting bored there.

What you are talking about is media vs. real life. Media definitely portrays the very muscular, very thin girl with no hips but big fake books. I would bet that real life men still prefer a woman who DOESN'T look a lot like themselves with boobs.

shell fish....chocolate.....steak.....Not together. Individually, these are decadent things for me that when I get them, I could eat and eat until I puked or close to it. Fortunately, I don't see large quantities of any of these very often.

Can't say I have any words of wisdom, but it sounds like you are doing the right thing. I always get more excited over inches lost rather than pounds lost. Inches lost is what is visible, right? Means your clothes fit better or better yet, you need to get different clothes!! Good luck.

I always thought it was sweets, but I have learned that cheese is a staple in my diet.

bump. I like this.

You are going to get a lot of responses on this question. From my experience, and I am still tweaking my diet and my needs change like the season, apparently, you need to try the recommended settings while eating back most of your calories. Log every bite, sauce, raisin, chip, etc. Keep on the same track for a while,…

After a really tough workout at kung fu, I feel like I could go into what we call a Kung Fu coma. So sleepy and it is usually a couple hours afterwards. Not sure about my heart rate, though.

I am just guessing, but back bends really work your back, dumbbell rows, i don't know what you call these, but the ones where you lie flat on your stomach with arms out like superman and lift up trying to get thighs and chest off of the ground, repeat. those are some really good back exercises.

I would suggest also, out of personal experience, pick your favorite food item(s) ahead of time. Get them in your head. Then make sure you eat those and try to skip the ones you don't LOVE. Why waste your time on the items that you may have any other time of the year. You want to enjoy your food and not binge later because…

feel free to add me. I try to watch what I eat, while still enjoying my food and I concentrate on exercise to balance it out. welcome, chelle

I've had the mirena for 4 years now. It's great. Cramping after insertion then a bit of spotting for a couple months after, but nothing too annoying and then haven't had a period since. No hormonal side effects for me. I had terrible hormonal depression from the nuvaring, actually felt like I was in a fog of sadness.…

HATE it!! It tasted like something was wrong with it, but I was told that is just the way it's supposed to taste.

I study choy lay fut kung fu. It's great.

What this poster said. I would love my husband twig thin, perfectly cut, old has the hills or obese. I would NEVER cheat on him. He is my other half in a real sense.

Yessssss.

WOW! I am VERY impressed with you and your efforts!!

My routine: Go to kung fu training at least three days a week. For the last 2 weeks, I have been exercising to various videos for at least 40 minutes in the morning, making a 5 day workout schedule. I'm trying to bust through a plateau by adding exercise and trying to eat back to within 200 of my exercise calories.…

good luck; you can do it.

I leave the length in your pony tail to shorten it or try to wrap it in a bun with lots of hair bands. When I had lots of layers, I would use those metal snap clips wherever needed. It isn't pretty but I was always going for utilitarian. I never go to my dojo to look pretty; I go to sweat.
