Sounds too strict!! I'm mostly at home and would find that hard to stick with. I think you are wasting your money on that nutritionist. Try just using MFP and see if you start losing, then tweak from there as you go along to see what works for you.

You can make a list of your favorite moves from the dvd's you've done and do them with the kids watching their own show. HAH, I love this response. It reminds me of when CNN reported that breast milk caused cancer in mice. I was breastfeeding at the time and my brother in law was concerned that I am giving my kid cancer. Really?!!! Ugh.

I treat diet drinks like a treat that I'm allowed to have more often than sweets, but still not every day. I LOVE peach fresca or berry fresca and I think coke zero and pepsi max tastes best out of all the diet colas. However, I always get in plenty of water and I don't count the soda as water.

I have the same problem but I just haven't got up the nerve to pay bigger money on a scale, so I just go with the cheapy one I have. It does show loss; it's just going to show SIGNIFICANT loss of 2 lbs or so consistently for me to believe it. :) Good luck.

Can you fit it in first thing in the morning? Get up 30 minutes earlier and just get it out of the way. I would prefer to do mine first thing in the morning. Exactly!! My pants used to be loose in the quads and but, now they are tighter there than in the stomach and I don't mind that at all. I'd rather fill in my pants there than with my belly and inner/outer thighs.

I've read that BMI is not a good gauge when you have muscle content. You don't look overweight to me, so I'm guessing you have some muscle skewing the numbers.
