Feel free to ad me :) I'm getting back into MFP after a horrible gain (mainly medication related -- I lost about 8 lbs, ran out of meds, and gained it all back plus more before being able to get to a doctor. Moving sucks =/ ) So now its time to get serious! :D Weight: 230 Lbs Goal: 140-150 lbs Height 5' 4"

Thank you! I really appreciate that. It's a good tip too about going over. It will give me good time to figure out what is right for me.

Alrighty so I changed myself to 1 LB a week, and I am now at around 1700 calories a day. I will try this for a while and see how my results are with exercise for a few weeks and also see if it's too much.

Yea, I ate a lot of crackers today because of not feeling well. I'm hoping to go to the store tomorrow and going to pick up more veggies. I really appreciate everyone's input, this is a big help :)

Thanks for the input everyone. I am pretty sedentary during the day because most of the work I do is computer based. I do exercise now 3-7 times a week depending upon how I am feeling and my schedule, so I will look into the other info you both mentioned and find what works best for me, because I am really struggling on…
