Yeahhh, I am going to have to take the online cals with a grain of salt. The military one told me 41.1 percent, and the Covert Bailey one said 24.2 percent. Those numbers are waaaaaaaaaaaaay far away and just to much of a difference. Oh well, maybe one day I can get it done and really figure it out.

Based on the fit2fat site, my bf percentage is 41.4. :sad: :sad: :sad: What the eff! I am 175 pounds at 5'5" and considered obese?!?!?! I might work out twice today. :noway:

Thanks for clarifying that for me! :smile: I was thinking of buying a bench and up to 100 pounds in weight for home.(I can't get to a gym for many reasons and am not afraid to admit I would be terrified to lift with those guys anyway). Full fat plain greek yogurt(a couple tablespoons) , has to be full fat. I despise the fat free kind. I microwave a cup of chopped apple mixed with a ton of cinnamon and a tsp or so of raw agave until soft. Mix with the yogurt and YUM!!!

Thanks for the tips. I guess I just over analyze and try to make healthier eating choices/habits anyway I can. I will focus on cals and probably protein just because that tends to keep me full longer. I'm not so concerned with fats/carbs/ and sugars.

Something with lots of protein. For example, tonight to curb a craving and an after dinner twang I microwaved a cup of chopped apple topped with tons of cinnamon and a tsp of raw agave. Then I poured that on top of two tablespoons of whole milk plain greek yogurt. Stir and YUM! No more craving and I am satisfied.

What? Bad for you?! I don't know much about palm oil, but coconut oil in true pure form is amazing for you!! It has great health benefits. I use coconut oil(virgin, unrefined) for all my cooking, it's the only oil we use. I also use it as a moisturizer and hair treatment. It's great stuff. :)

I make tons of different Greek "salads" with feta. Yum! I could eat it by itself. I make a lentil salad with cooked lentils, a bit of balsamic vinaigrette, feta crumbled, and dried cranberries. I also put it on top of spaghetti squash with a few dried cranberries and eat it that way (super low in calories) or do the same…

Yep, that will be me. :/ A local gym has a nice special for a year of only 8 bucks a month so I had to jump on that. I wanted to buy my own treadmill and weights to lift for my house but with that price I will save money to just go to the gym. I can't go out and run in this weather so to the gym I go. I love it plain, but only the full fat stuff. I made the mistake of trying to make myself eat the ff and low fat versions for awhile. YUCK! I stick to the good stuff now. I usually have it a couple times a day. I eat 1/2 cup either plain, with some sriracha in it, or with fruit...usually fresh cut pineapple. Mmmm....
