  • When I work out I usually burn around 400+ calories....I only record that I worked out enough for 200 calories....It gives me a little wiggle room on work out days when I tend to be hungrier but I don't allow myself to eat ALL my workout calories.

  • I agree....of course with eating healthier is a better option...but also that staying in your calories is the main thing!! However, I have found that as I have gotten older (41) it definitely makes a difference!! My body doesn't do as well with the junk food, no matter the calorie count.   • I have a HRM but without the strap.....I feel it over estimates and I usually record less than what it reads. I will usually avg with the machine and my HRM...but would love to know how much I REALLY burn during my classes that I take....Look like I am going to try a HRM with a strap!!!
