I feel like I'm doing the best with exercising/eating in my 40's. I was always on the small side until after having kids(but managed to get back down after each) and just trying to stay about where I am now. Heck, I had a woman the other day who thought I was in my 20's.

I just finished up week 2 of Alpha. The first week was a little difficult trying to learn the moves and keep up with them. I can't always keep up with their speed or high knees/kicks, but I do the best that I can do.

I've had mine for just about 2 yrs now. Every so often I do feel a little bloated. I had no cycle until recently when I started T25 and have light spotted for about 6 days. Hoping it goes away again. Otherwise I love it.

Thanks. I have an Appt. next Tues. I hate the thought of surgery but know I should probably do it soon so it doesn't get worse. I can feel a tiny bump right now.

I've been a vegetarian for about 15 yrs or so. I do eat dairy/eggs. I'm looking for some good new recipes myself. I left the gym over a year ago because of timing and childcare. I'll run on and off around our property, but mostly I mix up Jillian Michaels DVDs. I do them M,W, F. I also have a machine for arms and legs I use on off days.
