I don't really have a "hater" exactly. But when it comes up in conversation that I'm trying to lose 5 more pounds, my mom says that I will look too skinny and boney. I'm 23 years, 5'6". SW: 245 CW: 135 GW: 130 While I'm losing weight, on Mondays I eat around 2,000 calories or a little more and then eat 1300-1500 calories Tuesday through Sunday. I also workout 5-6 days a week which includes cardio and strength training.

I usually have a protein shake right after my workout, usually includes 1 scoop of Ultimate Nutrition Gold Standard protein, 1 cup of soy milk or almond milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter sometimes I'll substitute water for the milk or flax seed oil for the peanut butter and sometimes I 'll throw in some fruit :)
