I wonder the same thing. I use artificial sweeteners all the time. I use the Crystal Lite water flavors (like Mio). I also drink the flavored waters a lot. I get tired of drinking plain water. I figure it's ok since there's no calories etc. in any of it.

Yes! When i over eat and i see that it makes me feel bad. Then i can make better choices. The only time i wont log my food is ehen i go camping for a week this summer. The trees dont have internet:smile:

Sorry guys, sw was 270 Cw 219 I'm 5'4" and 35 yrs old Trainer upped my calories to 1500 about 2 months ago. I've been working hard at this lifestyle since Oct. 2012. I started out at 1200 calories and stopped lossing weight when the trainer changed me to the 1500 caloriea. I hope this info helps!

When I started my new lifestyle, I too started out at around 1300 calories. I lost about 50 lbs. fairly quickly and then stopped losing. So a trainer I saw changed my calories to about 1500. I would take my miniture poodle walking/running with me. He did fine until he hurt his leg jumping off my bed. Oh and hes a rescue dog. He's the best dog ever!

I would love to work out early inthe morning but I have to be to work at 5:30. My gym doesn't open till 5. So I work out after work, everyday!!

I have lost quite a bit in my boobs. From a 44dd to a 42 c and thats after only 30ish pounds. I guess I get to be the captain of the committee again. lol

I used phentermine for a few weeks, in the very beginning. I think it did help jump start things but its not a cure-all. I say it has to be a choice between you and your dr. Best of luck in your choices.

If I work out at home my husband will sit there and watch me. Kinda makes me a little embaressed. But oh well! He will go for walks/runs with me, at my pace (way slower then his). He says he like watching me.

This used to happen to me, also. I too thought I was drinking alot of water. But I started drinking even MORE water and now I don't have headaches anymore. So maybe try drinking more h2o.
