So I just had a weigh in at the gym and decided I would post my "story" now. I started my new life style, cause thats what it really has to be, on Oct.25 2012. not lossing like i want.
So, I am closely following my calorie and macro goals and mfp says i'll weigh 204-212 in five weeks. It's been over that and I haven't reached that "goal" yet. I go to the gym about 4-5 days a week. I do cardio and alot of weight lifting. Can someone please give me some ideas on why i'm not reaching this weight loss? Thanks

good bread/bad bread?
So ive heard people mention that whole grain bread is bad for you. Even more so than regular white Bread. My question is what is a "good" type of bread to eat. In moderation of course. thanks in advance

feeling frustrated!
So, today is day thirteen of eating healthier and joining a gym. I have gone to the gym almost everyday for the last two weeks (only missed 3 days) and haven't lost any weight!
