Been 6 days tomorrow since my marathon/ rhabdomyolysis. I already had iv's and resting as much as possible with a toddler. When does the "sick" or "foggy" feeling part end? When did exercise start again?

I am 5 weeks pp....also breastfeeding. I'm back to my prepregnacy weight but super flabby. I'd like to lose 10 more...but be fit and tone. I miss muscle.

HI! I am Susan! 16 weeks pregnant! I am starting to feel human again, as I enter my second trimester. I was on bed rest much of it and really sick. But got the okay to exercise so going for it, slowly!

I only have it sometimes and usually after a long run...it is a sharp pain on the outside of my knee, especially when I turn or go downhill... trying to avoid the Dr....

Depends on if the wedding is afternoon or evening, indoor or outdoor, I would rule out #2 only because it could be a little to close to the color white or bridal party-ish, but very pretty. Right there with you ladies, even went to a sleep disorder doctor. Was diagnosed with sleep apnea! Have the breathing machine and everything. Stinks! Even that hasn't helped much. Wake up with little sleep and no energy most days. Hope someone posts an awesome tip on here for us!
