For me losing 25 pounds I went from a DD to a B :( but that was doing cardio and upperbody exercises..... Good luck!!!! You can always buy new ones:)

Right there with you! Week 3 also and same exact thing...lost a couple pounds but nothing like I thought I would....My body feels tired:( I am going to keep going and hope one day I wake up, look in the mirrior and see a new person!

I just packed my lunch for tomorrow, so this is fun. I like snacky quick stuff but I am always on the run and don't have a lunch hour. I work a 12 hour shift and take my own small ice chest. So I try to eat oatmeal with fruit or egg whites before I leave for work. Then I eat through out the day like this... Oiko's Yogurt…

I did the opposite today! I saw this very inshape person with workout clothes on...I kept trying to sneak a peek! They had refried beans, chips and beer! LOL There went that idea!!!!

I have a good 10 lbs I could lose, I don't expect to lose a pound a day, that is just ridiculous. However, I have heard of those liquid diets or is there a type of cardio that burns fat the best? I don't know, just need to give this a final push. If I win I am buying an awesome Polar HRM to keep on track:)

I agree with you. I guess I should of included on the 4 days off I have a week I run, lift weights, play on a soccer team or do insanity. My first day of work I sneak in a workout...its the other two days I generally do not. I have to get up at 4am to get to work and do not get home until after 8pm the days I work By the…
