  • I'm on disability but I usually log my stuff in the evenings. I think lots of people use their phones to do stuff online.
  • I agree. People with mental health issues should be taken very seriously. I too can relate because my Stepson has aspergers and has attacked me a few times. He's on medicine for aggression but I still have fears about him. He's not a bad guy but he has some violent issues and he doesn't like to take no for an answer.
  • Thanks for all the comments:) I've just been weighing myself whenever because I don't have a scale at home so I only do it at Curves. I usually go in the afternoon and occasionally in the morning. I will have to try to go in the morning on Saturday. Thanks, Debbie
  • I don't have a scale at home so I weigh myself whenever I go to Curves probably twice a week or so. I think its okay to weigh yourself everyday if you can deal with the fact that your weight is going to fluctuate some.
  • You may add me to if you like. I've been on many diets, atkins, weight watchers, food addicts, slim fast and you name it lol. I've lost 20 or 30 and gained it back and then some. Just cutting down is the key I've found out on my own journey since March. I've lost 65 pounds now. You don't have to give up everything you love…
  • You can add me if you like. I eat what I like but watch how much. I go to curves or do housework to burn the calories or sometimes walk. You just got to force yourself to get up and move. I've lost 50 pounds before I started on this site and hoping to lose at least a hundred more. Debbie
  • You can add me if you like:) Debbie
  • Counting calories on here is cheaper with the same result basically.
  • Hi I live in Independence KY. I'd like to find some people nearby to be friends with.
  • I've lost 61 lbs since March.
  • Yeah it is, especially when my husband and stepson have no interest in changing their diet. Hubby likes being big. He likes big women. I don't like being big though.
  • Wow lots of replies lol. When I say diet, I just mean changing the way you eat, not starvation. I have been doing it slow by myself so far and have lost 60 pounds at around 2000 calories.
  • I understand. I've tried those shake diets in the past more than once and they don't work for me. I just get to hungry. I've tried Atkins, counting carbs, carbohydrate addicts diet. It works for awhile and then I just start craving the stuff I'm not supposed to eat.
  • I just started on here but have lost about 60 pounds. I have at least 140 to go and I'm 46. I have found the best way for me is to eat foods I enjoy but at smaller amounts. Totally eliminating stuff doesn't work for me. It just makes me want it more. I also go to Curves. A lot of older people go there. Its easier on your…
